Nebojša CvijanovićNebojša Cvijanović graduated from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in professor Darinka Matic Marovic’s class. While he was still a student , he worked as an assistant in “Obilic” chorus - the artisitc association “Branko Krsmanovic”. In March 1993. He became assistant to maestro Oscar Danon in youth philharmonic orchestra  “Borislav Pascan” and through maestro Danon’s recommendation, he became chief conductor of the same orchestra in August 1994. He lead this orchestra at his first whole – evening concert at Belgrade Music Festival (BEMUS) in 1993. He performed at this prestigious festival on two more occasions. As a guest conductor, he led  Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of RTS, the Art Ensemble VRS “Stanislav Binicki” and the orchestra of the School for Talents in Cuprija. He also performed as a guest conductor of Ballet of the National Theatre in Belgrade. In his career, he has performed on more than 200 occasions with many eminent artists such as Nemanja Radulovic, Aleksandar Serdar, Ilija Marinkovic, Pavali Jumpanen (Finland), Dragana Jugovic del Monaco, Zeljko Lucic, Milena Kitic, Zivan Saramandic, Roman Simovic as well as with the first dancers of Ballet of the National Theatre in Belgrade Konstantin Kostjukov and Mila Dragicevic and the first dancer of Bucharest Ballet Korina Dumitresku. He has won the October Award of the city of Belgrade for creative work of youth, gold medallions “The days of Mokranjac” and many others. He also worked as the assistant conductor of the Central European Initiative orchestra.

He worked as a music teacher in the music school “Stankovic” in Belgrade and today, he works as a teacher in “Kosta Manojlovic” music school in Zemun where he has achieved a lot of success as the conductor of the primary and secondary school orchestra – such as the first prize at the republic competition of secondary school orchestras and the second prize within the category of primary schools. In two years time, he has performed at 14 concerts with his orchestras in the country and abroad: in the hall of the School of Dramatic Arts  in Moscow, in Carl-Orff Hall in Gasteig Centre in Munich, in the hall of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow, in Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences’ hall, in the large hall of Ilija M. Kolarac Foundation, in the hall of Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra… He also works as a refounder and chief conductor of the choir of the “Singing Association Stankovic” at the church “Ruzica” and St. Petka chapel in Belgrade. With this choir, he has achieved a high level of professional performance through appearances all around Serbia and abroad (Austria, Germany, Russia, Hungary)
