|Davide Milone, Pianist (Italy)|
Born in Lecce, South-Italy, Davide Milone has realized his musical formation studying with pianists Benedetto Lupo and Andrea Padova. Graduated at the Lecce State Conservatory with top honour “summa cum laude”, got a Master’s degree at the Monopoli State Conservatory, he also took part in numerous master-classes with famous pianists and pedagogues.
Prized in several musical competitions, he won the first prize at the 2006 Pietro Argento International Competition Awarded with several distinctions such as the “Tower prize”, recipient of the Leonardo and the Oscar Mayro Scholarship, in 2013 he has worked at the Strasbourg Conservatory. Davide Milone has a regular concert activity as soloist, as well as chamber music pianist.
He dedicates an important part of his performing activity to contemporary and new music’s performances, also promoting the importance of working closely with lively composers.
